Decoders not showing in Playback - Video Decoder

There are some decoders that aren't showing up in the GBPVR settings on-screen menu that do show up in the config settings menu. What is the reason for that? Should I have them listed in the config.xml, even though they are dynamically detected, so they show as options in the GBPVR on-screen menu?

The settings screen setting for this is removed in the next release. It wasnt dynamically detected, and instead still used the old mechanism that required them to be listed in the config.xml.
