Email you log files to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look. I'm sure its something simple since others aren't reporting this problem.

No, you shouldn't have to uninstall anything.

Sorry I already un-installed and re-installed again before I got your message.
I will email them if it happens again. Next question is, the reason I installed the music plugin was because not all of my music was showing up when clicking on music - even though I changed directories in config - its all the same music - formatted the same way - so I don't understand why some of it won't show up - any ideas??

Thank you so much Smile

They are mp3 files - ripped in Winamp - some of them show up and then others don't
Also, its doing it again Sad
Tell me where to find the logfiles (which ones you need) and I will email them to you

I dont know why the mp3 files wouldn't show up. This is the first report I've had of this.

The log files wont say anything about why the mp3 files arent showing up, but if you get the other error again the log files are in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr. There are several files, and its best to send them all.

Sorry for being such a pain

There is lots of them GBPVR.exe.log, GBPVR.exe-1.log, gbpvrrecordingservice.exe.log etc...

They all have the .log file extension. You've probably got Windows set to hide known file extensions in the windows explorer, so it might not be immediately obvious.

I've ran into this problem before (not seeing extensions) and tried to change it in "choose details" but all I get is name, size, type, date modified and a bunch of other stuff but no "file extension". Any suggestions?

I will send you the ones I think they are - hopefully that will be enough, if not please let me know - thanks so much again Smile

Nevermind I figured it out Smile

Ronna, to see extentions, open Windows Explorer, click Tools, Folder options, View tab.
Remove the mark from "Hide extentions for known file types". Click Apply, OK.
You will now see all the extentions, so you can find the .log files

I noticed that my mp3's show up differently too. Some have the correct filename, others are there, but showing as different file names. I think it has to do with the ID3 tag (or whatever it's called.) If the tag is correct, the filename shows up properly. If the tag is wrong, or missing, they could show up as just about anything.
Look through your listing, and see if there are other files, that have suspicious names.
You can never have enough tuners!
