Web-based TV Guide/Schedule not working remotley

Hey

Im having a bit of a problem with the web-based tv guide and recording scheduler, i can view the page by going to http://localhost:4747/gbpvr/index.aspx (i changed the port in a hope that it would fix it!) but when i type in http://my.ip:4747/gbpvr/index.aspx from a machine on the internet i cant view anything. I have port forwarding set up correctly (I have about 8 more rules which are identical and they work fine) Is there a simple way to get around this?

Do you have other machines on you local network that you can try from? What is your OS? Could it be Windows Firewall blocking port 4747?
