After clicking the DVD button my DVD loads fine, but I don't have control with my remote anymore. I'm using CyberLink DVD Navigator as the Navigator... and all Cyberlink decoders/render. I have a Hauppauge PVR150.

This is a new default installation.

Thanks

Try using the default 'DVD Navigator' with the Cyberlink decoders instead.

I've already tried that.

Honestly, dont use the Cyberlink DVD Navigator. I know several things dont work with it.

What behaviour do you get with the default navigator? Do keystokes work (ctrl-b menu, up/down/left/right/enter)? Does the mouse work?

With the default navigation the DVD starts, but I don't get any response with the remote. All button including the menu don't work. The mouse cursor moves around, but clicking either right or left buttons does't do anything. The only way I've found to stop the DVD is by doing a three finger salute (ctrl-alt-del) and ending GBPVR.

Are you using VMR7, VMR9 or Overlay? Either way, try one of the others to see if it helps.

Actually since you're using Cyberlink, try the Overlay renderer. Cyberlink's video decoder isn't compatible with VMR unless you add some registry settings,

Switching to overlay render solved the problem. Thanks all!
