Sync problems again!

I've got my satellite receiver connected to my Happauge PVR250 card with an S-Video lead and another lead for connecting the audio to the Line input of my Tv card. When I'm watching Live Tv, but both video and audio seems to be way out of sync. I've even tried this with showshifter and it's still the same. If I use an ordinary R.F. lead as an aerial input to my Tv card, all is fine, but I want to retain the quality S-Video gives me. Anyone with suggestions?

AMD1800+, GEForce 4400MX, 512 Ram, Lots of hard disk, Win XP.

You cant do this. You need to supply the audio and video to the Hauppauge card and take the audio from the sound card to the TV along with the video from the graphics card.
