I am getting a hard crash when trying to play a recorded mpeg from Video Library.
The error is in ivivideo_hauppauge.ax
I thought it may be because of my custom GOP (I have it set to 5), so I did a fix GOP in womble, and it still crashed.
I thought it was maybe from mpgtx editor in comclean, so I made a recording without it. Still crash.
I changed the GOP back to default 15, still crash.
I can play avi's with no problem, but mpg's all crash.
Would this be the fault of the ivivideo_hauppauge.ax module, or is it possibly from a missing or corrupt mp2 audio decoder, not related to gbpvr?
Here's the info I could find:
AppName: gbpvr.exe AppVer: 1.0.1984.11204
ModName: ivivideo_hauppauge.ax
ModVer: 4.5.28.238 Offset: 000372ad
EDIT: nevermind. I tried the latest hauppauge decoder, crash.
I tried the one from shspvr, crash.
I finally loaded version 4 from the driver CD, and now no crash. I get no on-screen FF/RW, etc., but at least it doesn't crash.
