2.3.6 pause then play jumps forward 5 seconds

Since applying 2.3.6 and the R1 patches I've noticed that after pausing, when I play again, it does not start where it left off.
When watching something which is still recording, it sometimes jumps forward, sometimes backwards, by up to 10 seconds.
When watching a recording which has completed, it consistently jumps forward 5 seconds.
The logs don't show the time into the recording, so don't show anything useful.

I'm afraid I've been too busy with work stuff and haven't had a chance to create and upload an appropriate sample recording as discussed in that thread. I'll get to it by the weekend if not before.
