Hey,
I have recorded several tv shows, VBR 3000kbps (4400kbps peak), 384kbps audio, and am attempting to watch them on my MVP via the GPVR/MVP server.
Unfortunately, the video stutters when playing the video files on the MVP from GBPVR...I was certain that I had found a combination of quality v bitrate which my computer is happy to send across my network to the MVP and was shocked to see it stuttering.
Then I remembered that I was doing my playback testing using the Hauppauge MVP server when I found the compression setting :o
It would seem that there is something that the Hauppauge server is doing that the GBPVR server is not doing...can anyone point me in the right direction to where I can find out what 'settings' the Hauppauge server is using so I can match them in the GBPVR configuration?
Take care,
Nick
