Hello all... I am attempting to add the plugin TV Listings as the current plugin that comes with NPVR is not updating. The instructions in the site tell me to add the into my data directory and when I click on the link it takes me to another portion of the site and I am being asked to log in... It's a little confusing. Can someone better explain how I add this program to get it to work?

Also, is there a plugin that will automatically download XML files and artwork for the shows that are recorded?

The TV Listings plugin uses the same source EPG data as the built in TV Guide. What do you mean by "not updating" and what type of TV signal and EPG do you have configured?

Unless maybe it's the email of someone you don't like... Hello again! I have a feeling that you haven't found the Wiki section that discusses setting up your EPG. Here's a link:

In the U.S. your choices are basically (1) Schedules Direct, which is simple and inexpensive, or (2) mc2xml, which is free but moderately difficult to set up and of dubious legality. (However I think you already have Media Center, so you wouldn't be grabbing anything that Microsoft isn't already giving you - which is how I soothe my conscience about using mc2xml.)

Not exactly sure how to answer that... I have basic over the air TV. I haven't configured an EPG Source as I am not sure where to configure it. I only see one section in the settings about EPG and that's in the Misc section, I don't see anything to configure.

Ok guys here's my next issue... My settings window is not large enough for me to see everything in it and does not allow me resize it. As of now the EPG Update button is not showing in the window. How do I correct this?

Have you configured Windows to use large fonts or something? The .NET forms that I use for showing screens only like standard fonts.

No it's configured to use standard fonts.
