Ok I am having trouble getting the webadmin to work. I go to the web address localhost:8080/gbprv/index.aspx (changed port to 8080 in config). All I get is cannot find server error page. I have also tryed to get it to work by installing IIS and directing the home to the /web folder. This didn't work eather. Any Ideas.

did you actually have the http:// part on the start, and spell gbpvr correct (above you typed gbprv)?

http://localhost:8080/gbpvr/index.aspx

Ok i got it to work now on the local machine but I am having problems connecting out from the local machine. I can connect using localhost and the IP of the machine but when I try to use the ip address to that machine on a diffrent computer I get no connection.

Chances are, you've got a firewall somewhere stopping connects making it to your machine. Possibly even just the builtin XP one.

Which O/S are you running? I had a similiar problem using windows XP home and the builtin windows firewall.
A possible fix:
Go to control panel->windows firewall->exceptions tab
Then click the Add Port button, in the dialog name it (whatever you want) and enter the port number you used in GBPVR config (default is 7647) and click the TCP radio button then OK.
I hope that helps.
