I know I can see what is being recorded. But is there anyway to show the tuners NPVR thinks are available for use?

Do I need to manually add it some how? Not seeing instructions on the general login page to add plugins to the menu.

In Settings>Plugins make sure System is ticked; then restart NPVR. You should also see Settings>Plugins>System where you can configure the System plugin.
HTPC: Optiplex 7010, HDHR Prime/Avermedia Duet A188, NPVR 4.2.5, Win10 Pro

Got it! Did not realize Plugins was a valid setting option. Thought it was just a title. Thanks.
Question: For a few minutes it showed the system status showed 2 recordings but one active. Any reason for that? It was one show recording after another but I pad each end of the schedule by 5 minutes.

It was one show recording after another but I pad each end of the schedule by 5 minutes. Digital TV broadcasts multiple channels on a single frequency (a.k.a. multiplexer or mux). NextPVR is able to use a single tuner to simultaneously receive (and record) all of the channels on one frequency. For recordings from an analog "tuner" (perhaps connected to a set top box), NextPVR receives a single stream but is able to create two simultaneous recordings for the period of any overlap (due to padding) when the two shows are on the same channel. |
