4.0.4 Skips Hang Playback

i can't watch my HDPVR 1212 using new reader at all..just blank screen, nothing in logs different..
w old reader works fine..  whaaa, cuz old reader now locks up alot.. 
Hardware: HDHR Prime, HDPVR 1212, Raspberry pi2, VFD display w/LCDSmartie

After some testing, patch provided helps but does not solve. Fewer but multiple freezes on two systems. Will run the diag tool and post soon.

Here is another updated version of the reader, which resolves a couple of issues around the parsing of AC3 audio frames. Give it a go and let me know if it helps. It should help some of you.
yay, in-progress recordings now work
but skipping has gotten weirder.. sometimes i have to skip twice just to get back to where i was when i started skipping..sometimes 4 or 5 short skips needed. oops..spoke too soon...in-progress now not allowing skips past initial live point..does keep proper resume point tho..lol correction...skipping on in-progress works at start of video...but after some point it ceases to work.. less than 3 minutes when i checked.. oh and HDPVR works fine now..
