4.0.4 Skips Hang Playback

new logs...had a tiny peep of sound happen about 15 secs in...and changing pixels every few secs..still no play..

well, after using this new reader for a while, here's some observations:
skips are much better! almost none out of sync at all, occasionally when i skip too fast it will land out of sync but it syncs back in less than a second..
haven't had *any* lockups either.. but i do try to skip again if i don't hear any audio immediately..[usually a sign it was about to hang]
in-progress still doesn't work, on either prime or hdpvr..

PC Client works great for h.264..even over wireless
not for mpeg2 tho...even w newest reader..playing recordings or livetv..like mpeg2 buffer isn't big enough..choppy.
it is smooth if you pause for a bit then play, but only for a couple secs..
same on wired gigabit connection client..win7 all machines

oh and 'use old tsreader' still has frequent lockups just playing...seems like a mem leak..

oh and new reader won't save my position after 3 hours into video...exactly 3 hours..before no prob...[in-progress recording]
after recording finished, could resume at any point.

very large, i'd say over 6 gigs tho i deleted it already..
mpeg2 so fairly large..

just over 4 hrs at 1280
