left the house came back and nothing will play

I had everything working and it has been for several days. I left the house today and when I came back nothing will play in NextPVR. I have attempted a clean install and have tried LAV decoders and Cyberlink decoders. Still nothing. I tried the web interface and it just says streaming failed.

I can use the simple client in Kodi and view the channels.

I have attached the logs.

Can you play a recording?

This will help us narrow it down to a playback or capture issue. Live TV is both of these at the same time.

I cannot record but I can play a recording. I am using ACE-TV and everything worked earlier today.

As I played with the settings if I check use legacy NPVR TS Reader and Microsoft Duplexer I can get sound a a scrambled video.

All channels or some channels? ace-tv may be having issues (...not uncommon for IPTV providers). Maybe try a bit later.
