PVR 350 Output Setup

I'm sure there is a simple solution to this, but I haven't been able to find it! I want to watch Live TV on the PC running GBPVR. However, I only get a black screen that says video is playing back using TV Out. How do I set it to display on the monitor?

Go into the config app and set the 'hardware decoder' option to 'None - use software decoding'.
