Live TV fails saying "streaming failed transcoder exited"

Recording fails saying "failed: Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Garden Rescue at 15.38 in the attached.

Do you have C:\TV and C:\TV2 configured?

Yes ... both folders existed.

I have removed the "additional folders" setting in config.xml and created a "LiveTV" folder  and rebooted and retested.

The attached logs were immediately after the test.

No file is created in the Live TV buffer folder.  The recording (of Poirot) won't play in the NextPVR web app.

I played the recording .ts file in WMP and it is glitchy at the beginning but settles after a few moments and then plays normally.

It appears to my untrained eye that something is going haywire in the first moments of NextPVR Server receiving data from the tuner.

Ok that's a different issue then I look at before. You are testing h/w decoding but it isn't working on your system

Bugger. I conscientiously make a copy of config.xml before I tinker ... and utterly forget to copy it back.  Everything is now working as it should.  Thanks.
