Current version is 5.0.5 (200518) and it does the same thing.

What date time is your NPVRTSMon.ax file?

Can you also add LogTSWriter=1 (DWORD) registry setting, and post the NextPVR logs, the c:\temp\file.txt and the c:\temp\writer*.txt.

To confirm you want both LogDemuxFileOps and LogTSWriter enabled at the same time?

NPVRTSMon.ax file is dated 3/05/2020 9:45 AM

I'm at a bit of a loss really. The file looks fine, and plays ok here.

Strangely in your file.txt, it looks like you were continuously skipping. Can you see if temporarily removing any wireless input device makes any difference? ie, wireless keyboard, wireless mouse, IR remote etc. There was one person a few years ago who was getting phantom arrow keys from their wireless remote, which caused much confusion.
