Downloaded Latest Upgrade Now Experiencing Excessive Buffering

I'm running NextPVR from a Win 7 server pc.  My client device (Amazon Firestick) runs on Android and I'm using the Kodi app with it.  I just recently installed the latest version of NextPVR to my server pc.  Now, when I'm using NextPVR either from the server pc or the client, there's a lot of excessive buffering.  Based on what I've observed, I think it's a networking issue that's affecting how live tv functions.  I've used YouTube and Pluto in the same client, but the streaming in these two apps is ok.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Nothing really springs to mind, and we haven’t seen any other reports. If it’s still doing it after a reboot, post the logs and I’ll take look.

OTA in the US will require 2 to 5x the bandwidth of Pluto and YouTube HD. Streaming services can even adapt to even lower speeds when necessary.
