Installation Error

Hi, Everyone. 
I downloaded the latest version of NextPVR "NPVRSetup.exe" from this site. Ran the install and encountered the following error. I tried the install again a few times more and got the same error. Just wonder if anyone knows what is the problem. 

I am new to this Forum and have never used NextPVR before. I have been trying to find an alternative to WMC7 for live TV recording.  Thanks!

I have two HDHomeRun CONNECT DUO units on the home network (all 4 OTA tuners). And I am using a Win10 laptop and can stream live TV using the HDhomerun app.

I'm not sure why your machine is having issues with it but it's been fine for everyone else. I've renamed the "ë" in the filename to a reguloar "e" for the next build. I'm intending to put this build out this weekend, so try again in a couple of days.

Last night I tried the install procedure on a desktop pc (used mainly for watching tv and video stuff and connected to a tv). Everything went through smoothly. NextPVR was able to find all the tuners and all the local OTA channels. Since I don't have any subscriptions to any EPG sites, I just manually scheduled a few recordings and was able to record them. 

I am not very familiar with all the front end stuff, such as Kodi. For now, I am using VLC or MPC-hc to play the recorded files. 

I don't know why the same install has not worked on the laptop. The laptop is only a year old, and I just got the desktop a few weeks ago. Both have win10.

Don't know if it is a new build. I tried the install today and got the same error. Thanks.

It appears that sub renamed that file, but didn't take the bad one out of the installation. Looking at the tuning files there are other files that might cause a problem too.

In this release it's renamed "Belgium - Walloni.ini", which has no special characters etc, which should fix the file specifically identified by the user above. There absolutely could be other ones though.

In the zip file there is another Belgium file with Wallonië

That's weird. It's not in my master files, but it was in my temp directory it uses to zip it up. I was sure it was cleaning that folder out.
