Automatic transcoding not doing anything

For xvid it needs to be the name of the encoder filter. On my machine it would be the following

GBPVRConvert source.dvr-ms dest.avi "XviD MPEG-4 Codec"

If you going to convert to xvid, you should install the Elecard MPEG2 player. Most of the other MPEG2 decoders I've tried seem to generate data that isnt liked by the XviD encoder.

I'm having a similar problem. I'm running the program manually, using xvid. Haven't tried running it automatically, but i figure it would do the same thing. Anyway, The program just sort of sits there using 0 cpu and about 4 mb of ram, but no files get created. Here's my gbpvrconvert.log, because none of the suggested fixes have worked.
