uk freesat not updating fully

Im in the uk and trying to update dvb-s /s2 channels using nextpvr web interface.
I can choose dvb/atsc epg or pick freesat.
dvb/atsc gets just now and next for the channel only, no day or 7 days worth.
Freesat gets no data.
I have included log files please can anyone help.

Because of the spam from NextPVR transcoding in your logs we can't really help you. Best to put your npvr.db3 file on cloud storage and give us a link and we can check to see if things are mapped properly.

I think the scripthelper log is to do with log file of epg update done by nextpvr.

You don't have anything mapped to Freesat. You have XMLTV for your DVB-T channels, so the normal explanation is the file you have set up c:\guide\tvguide.xml is not being update.

I think maybe you are using EPG Collector and it isn't updating for you.

Sub might need to explain scripthelper.log, that is new to me.

yes i tried selecting freesat but didnt try after it didnt update any information to any station i tried.
What it is I originally used dvb-t tuner and used epg collector to grab data as a xml guide.
Yesterday i set the dvb-s tuner and added extra channels.
Some of the channels i could use the xml guide for as the channels are same.
However, a few channels like quest hd and dvb-s only.
So I was trying to grab air data using next pvr for those channels.
Either selecting freesat did nothing or selecting DVB/ATSC only gives now and next.
So is there anything else to try to get nextpvr to update for information.?

Sorry it is not clear to me what you want to do. Do you want to remove the XMLTV from your listings?

No, I just want to update the tv guide listings with guide data from over the air for 7 days and not for just now and next like it is doing.
I am talking about the dvb-s channels only as the dvb-t channels are updating with either xmltv data or from the air data ok.

The you will need to stop transcoding (ie watching in the browser, or transcoding recordings) and then do a manual EPG update so we can see what is going on.

Im not transcoding.
How do I edit the dvb/atsc settings for freesat.
Currently there set at 11307/v/27500 sid:53320 with nextpvr.
I wonder if these are correct?

Every time you use the browser to view a recording or live TV you are transcoding

I suspect you also were watching non NextPVR recording you imported and those were being transcoded.

You also are transcoding recording ts files first to mp4 and then to wtv

All these activities fill the logs so temporarily stop and do the EPG update.
