Could you check the properties on the service? You find that in the Services app under NextPVR Server, the properties will tell you where the path is.

Not sure I've found what you want......

nextpvrserver isn't in the list of services, but I found a reference to it in "details".

Sorry if I said server I meant service. I think maybe the service is running, and you can probably connect to it on the browser now.

If you run NextPVR.exe with the command line argument -nogl does it work?

Sorry about the delay.

Looks like a similar failure. Desktop client gives exception and red cross.

Is the server running, can you connect to it from a browser?

NextPVRServer shows in Task Manager, (showing 0% cpu) but trying to connect to  127.0.0.1 in the browser gives "refused to connect".127.0.0.1

I don't know how sub's installer works when you aren't using defaults sorry. About the only other thing I can suggest is to look at the Windows events viewer to see if anything stands out.
