Upgrading loses LogPowerManagement setting

The line below disappears from config.xml during upgrade.

Code:

<LogPowerManagement>true</LogPowerManagement>

config-old.xml has the line (version is 6.1.1)

config.xml has deleted the line (version is 6.1.2)

I failed to get information about a hard to reproduce power problem not knowing this setting had silently been deleted after a NextPVR upgrade.

Yeah, this is intentional. Like lots of temporary and debug settings, it's not in Config-master-dont-edit.xml, so not retained between releases.

I guess it's not going to hurt to retain this one though, so I'll add it for the next build.
