Small annoyance in configuration

Hi sub,

I just checked the latest version and the GB-PVR configuration tool still shows some behaviour I find mildly annoying...

When I setup a fresh install of GB-PVR, I use an XMLTV file which contains my channel lineup in the order I want, and no EPG data. I load this XMLTV file into GB-PVR as an EPG source and all is fine except for one thing: the channel list starts with channel number 2. Could you please make it so that this list starts with 1, so I don't have to go through the list and decrement each channel number?
