I captured a two hour movie with a PVR150, used SA to remove the commercials and imported it into Sony's DVD Architect Studio 2.0. I burned the DVD but the audio went out of sync more and more as the movie progressed.

I had to reduce the bitrate to 3.5 mbps to get it to fit. Don't know is this is the issue. Anyone know what I need to do to correct this?

How did you use SA to remove commercials? It only detects.
Whatever editor you used could have caused the desync, whatever demuxer you used, or whatever re-encoder you used...any one of them could have caused it.
How did you reduce the bitrate?

Sorry; SA and comclean. Sony Architect offers a slider to reduce the bitrate which effectively reduces the file size so that it can fit on the the DVD.

Also, I did try PVAstrumento to clean it up and re-sync the movie, but it didn't work.

Comclean is not the best. It can leave screwed up timecodes.
Best to demux with PVAStrumento, edit in Cuttermaran, then author in Architect.
I think Architect allows for editing as well, which would be even better than comclean or a demux/edit/remux/author process.
The only other editors that seem to maintain sync properly, are VideoReDo and Womble.

Had the same problem using Nero 6.6 for the first time, Sub posted a hint about turning off deinterlacing so I did and set to progressive which fixed my problem. Thanks Sub! And thanks for GBPVR, you will have my support soon.
