The server log shows nothing special except someone with ip adress x.x.252.231 repeatedly trying to download comclean.

Is there anyway to help getting comclean working?.....It's not doing its job at all...

"Not working" is difficult to start with
 Is there a usable .txt file? Did you ensure comclean is running? If you use the postprocessing.bat from the comclean processing, did you remove the "rem" in front of the comclean line? Did you set up to run comclean with all the logging? Can you post both the comclean log files?

Please post the .txt file comclean should be using.
How do you run start comclean? You need to have a bat file to run comclean, please post your .bat file

It looks to me that you first run comskip on a file A. Then you rename file A to something? What does RenameRecording do? Well, if it really renames the file from A to something else, then A does not exist anymore. Then you try to call comclean on %1 (which is file A, which does not exist anymore). Try calling comclean before RenameRecording. My deduction is, of course, not valid if RenameRecording doesn't rename the recording.

Indeed,
After Renamerecording the %1 filename is useless. Put Renamerecording as last. Comclean directly after comskip
