Exception in Main Menu with 95.16

Having just upgraded to 95.16 I now amd occasionally getting an exception when navigating the main menu.

The scenario is :
- Have more menus that will display on the screen.
- Navigate up or down beyond the top or bottom menu.

Normally this causes the menu to scroll.

But sometimes I get an exception, like :

I'm using the default skin, blue
