Newbie needing help with Twinhan DVB-S!

Merry x-mas to everyone!
im just trying to setup up gbpvr with my Twinhan DVB-S Ci card.
And right now im a bit frustrated, cause i have no idea how to map channels?!
First: the device was from the beginning correctly installed, so ive setup the correct frequencys, activated Astra 19,2 degrees (im from Austria, Europe).
Finally i activated DVB-EPG.
Then i pressed "Map digital channels to EPG channels" and the programm was searching. But the result was, that in this little list in the right corner only channels with name "unknown" where.
So i have no idea what to do?
I would be pleased if someone can help me out with a christmas wonder!

You could try increasing the following values in config.xml

<BDAPsiScanStartupSeconds>5</BDAPsiScanStartupSeconds>
<BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds>20</BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds>

If you see channels call unknown, it's finding the channel, but not seeing its name being transmitted during the time it was looking for it. Increasing these may help.
