What does this error mean? (picture)

I get this when I try to watch live TV.
I have an ATI PowerColor 550 Pro

It could be cause by several things. Zip and attach your logs and we'll take a look.

i hope these can solve it. It seems like I've tried every configuration.

edit: this only happens on live TV.
Anything else like radio, DVD's, music, and even viewing the TV Guide work perfectly.

I cant see exactly what is wrong, but its something to do with the way you have configured you capture source to use the USB-UIRT.
