cant get this card working Leadtek Winfast DTV1000T

yeh hi, i just downloaded GPR the program and wen i click on LIVE TV, it says it cant detect the channels, coz my card isnt working with the program, how do u get it to work with the program?! i like this program alot

Hi, I have just set a DTV1000T this weekend - I also had a few challenges. See this article http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ht=dtv1000
which documents how to get GB-PVR to recognise card.

Key things (for me) get latest BDA drivers and use DVB EPG broadcast. It abended a few times for me (yet to post details) but I just rebooted and tried again.

I will be interested to know how you get on (I am still working through some issue including how to configure for remote).

yeh man, i looked into that link u gave me. i alreadi did that before i asked for help and it never helped me.. so yeh. so i cant get the program to work :S, lol nd i dno how to get the remote to work either, which is your problem.

Try a scan then zip and attach your logs and I'll take a look.

Hmmm I am now also having issues. I upgraded to latest version and was unable to scan for digital channels. It just comes up 'initialising' and hangs. I tried to downgrade to old version and have same issue. I have also done a clean re-install of GB-PVR and BDA drivers (latest and previous version). All to no avail.

Note card/drivers are working as WinFast DTV is working fine.

System is Win03 SP1.

Update: tried .net framework 1.1 and 2.0 - it made no difference. I'll keep trying

Managed to get DB-PVR to work again There appears to be an issue scanning for channels with any 3rd pary MUX installed (Cyberlink and ShowShifter in my case). As soon as I invalidated these (changed directory name) I was able to scan for channels.

Is this a known or new bug?
