Go to windows Start
All Programs
Hauppauge WinTv
Restart IR

If you don't see this then you need to install the wintv software.

I did install this. WinTV starts up but I see nothing about Restart IR anywhere. Or should Restart IR be a menu selection in the Start Menu?
