Is there a way to have Direct Access to MCE Remote

As the title imply, I would like to setup my MCE Remote (the remote coming with the Theatrix) to access GBPVR only.

I am setting my PC so that my MainScreen is my monitor and my secondary display is my TV (on which GBPVR is running). I would like to be able to do anything on the primary screen (meaning having another application other than GBPVR having the focus) while somebody else is using GBPVR on the secondary screen controlling it with the remote. Is it possible (without the Hauppauge Remote)?

There no built in logic that could do this. You might be able to do something similar with HIP or Girder, but I dont know sure.
