Playback problems

Hi

I'm using a PVR-350 (video-out is turned off) to record composite signals from my sky digibox and the video out to my TV is from an ATI card.

The problem I have is that about 1 in 5 recordings won't playback in GBPVR. When I select Play there is some hard disk activity an then GBPVR hangs.

BUT, I can play faulty videos using PowerDVD.

Can anyone give me a pointer as I don't know where to look.

The log file didnt' get attached... however, what you could try to do is change your video playback decoder settings. Since powerDVD works, maybe you can change it to cyberlink and see if that helps. You might wanna change the audio decoder at the same time.
