How to Customize Menu Layout?

Is there any way to customize the menu layout? What I'd like to do is have a different set of choices on the main menu that's displayed on the computer and on the MVP (mainly I want to remove the Live TV from the MVP but keep it in the client).

Also, is there any way to change the order of the buttons in the various sub-menus? I'd like to re-order the buttons in the Recordings menu (I'd like to put the What's New at the top & make it be the default).

I looked in the config.xml file but didn't see anything that looked like it would do what I want. Hopefully it isn' t so obvious that I missed it

I don't know about the removing Live TV from the MVP and keeping it on the other, but using the config program you can just drag you're items around to change the order.

Currently you cant only have same menu on the monitor and on the MVP, but I may change this in a future release.

You can customize the order of the buttons on the sub-menus (which you created on the plugins screen of the config app), but you cant change the order of the buttons of the end screens (Video Library, TV Guide etc).

Thanks for the (usual) quick reply.

I didn't think about trying to drag & drop in the Menu & Plug-ins box to re-arrange the main menu buttons...like I said, too obvious.

Being able to also do it in the end menus would be cool but it would take a lot of coding to handle it, I'd imagine.

Being able to customize the MVP menus would be nice. Maybe allow a menu per MVP...

Definitely not high priority stuff, tho...(at least not for me)...
