Hi

When I installed my video card, there was big diagonally lines running over the TV. I use the s-video connector. After I installed the PVR 350 the lines became less disturbing, but they are still there. I do not know why the TV card has this effect, as I still use the s-video connector on the video card. The same lines also occur on the PC monitor, which is connected to the same video card (21 pin connector).
What can I do to get rid of the lines? Is a better video card required (I use a FX5200) ?
Best regards

Hi!
I don’t know about your specific problem, just want to comment your FX5200.
It almost handled VMR9 in my application, but it’s Ok with overlay. I changed to a 6600GT and now everything runs perfect!

Sounds weird. Have you tried moving the card to another slot? Updated drivers? You can also try setting the refresh rate to a lower rate.
I'm not always right

I have moved the TV card as far away for mo the video card as possible.
The point is that installing the TV card improved the picture. I thisk the noice is comming from the HD (SATA).
Best regards
