Card Purchase Question

I'm interested in recommendations on what card to buy, and wanted to get some opinions.

I have an old 1.2 Ghz machine with 256MB RAM in it that I'd like to turn into a pvr. I would also like to be able to play divx/xvid from a network share if possible.

I want to buy a card that has mpeg2 hardware encoding, along with a video out to the T.V. This machine will not have a monitor hooked up to it. I also would like to have a remote to control it.

I've read up on the board about the MediaMVP/pvr 350 won't play divx. Is there a single card solution out there that will allow me to do this with GBPVR?

The only card that would have meet this requirement is the PVR350. There is no other device I know of that has hardware MPEG2 encoder and a tv out. I dont recommend it though. You're better off getting a PVR150 and standard video card with tv out.
