Hi all,

I just installed GB-PVR 2 days ago, as I want to upgrade myHTPC with a nice working EPG software and be able to do season recording, manual recording and actually delete recordings form within my HTPC setup.
GB-PVR seems to do that all - real big Thumbs Up for this software!!

Problem:
I am working with girder as remote device interface.
I do nothing more than emulate keystrokes up, down, right, left for the guide page with it.
Using the keys works perfect, but when I kick in the remote with girder (haven't had a chance to test with other devices) with every event the mouse cursor gets actived AND the tv entry under the mouse gets focus, so I am not able to switch on the page in any direction, cause as soon as I select the next entry mouse kicks in again and set focus back on entry under mouse :-(

Is there any way to prevent the mouse to get active?
Doesn't happen with myHTPC, only in GB-PVR.
I have not the slightest idea why it get active in the first place, as girder only sends keystrokes to the application...

So I guess this does not happen with Haupage remote?

When you move mouse in the middle of the guide page and then use remote to navigate?

GB-PVR hides they cursor after a few seconds on inactivity. If you move the mouse (or girder "fakes" a mouse movement), then the mouse reappears.

If you leave the mouse alone, and just use the keyboard or hauppauge remote (which fakes keystrokes) then you never see the mouse cursor.
