installed the program but no dice

As soon as it was finished installing, I guess the config.exe launches right away, but it gave me a "config.exe" has to exit error message.
Does the same when I tried to run it manually too.
Im using winXP x64 with 550 theatrix pro (sapphire)

Nforce4 x16 board (MSI DIAMOND PLUS)
3700+
2 x 7800gtx
x-fi

its .net framework 2.0 for x64.

Nope, you need .net 1.1 installed for gbpvr.

Theres no 1.1 at windows update, any idea where it is?
