Network speed of MVP

Anyone know what speed network is required for an MVP?

My server PC is only operating at 10Mbps rather than100Mpbs, so I'm worried that it may not be fast enough to serve the MVP.

Is 10Mbps enough?

I've not actually bought the mvp yet, so still open to ideas.
I think I'll have to workout why 100mbps or autodetect seems to slow down the connection between pc and router. Been like this for a while even after reinstalling XP.

Can you recommend a type of CAT cable? Going to be about 5m from router to MVP.
