I installed GBPVR a few months ago and it worked fine until I had to format my computer. Now I've reinstalled it and everytime it loads I get that annoying Windows Error report message that says it needs to close GBPVR.

"GBPVR has encountered a problem and needs to close"

It wasn't loading at all until I installed .net 2.0. But now as soon as it loads the above mentioned problem occurs. I can go into the config menu no problem.

Any help?

You supposed to install .net 2.0 before GB-PVR. I'm not sure what issues it'll cause if it is installed after GB-PVR. You might need to uninstall and reinstall GB-PVR.

Well I uninstalled GBPVR, rebooted, and reinstalled it, set up the EPG Source, etc. But it still just gives me the same error message and closes the program

Try this

Make copies of the dll's in your plugins directory, then remove them.

Oops, I'll get out of sub's way...

Well the only dll file in my plugins directory is: GBPVRpublic.dll. I removed it and got the same error message result.

I noticed that I can navigate through GBPVR's menus but when I try to actually watch TV I get the message: "Error: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is an indication that other memory is corrupt."

After my drive was formatted I uninstalled Norton Utlities and went with PC Cillan. Is there a chance that PC Cillan is causing the problem?

As well, is it possible i have too many different .net versions installed? I installed .net framework sdk 1.1 but it didn't even allow me to load gbpvr, so I then installed .net framework 2.0 which let me load gbpvr but I get the error message that it must be closed. Both .net framework sdk 1.1 and .net framework 2.0 are simultaneously on my computer.

Sure where do I find the logs to send to you?

(Thanks for your help by the way)

Here's a zip of the files. I hope it has what you're looking for.

Looks like you've got your capture source configured to use a USB-UIRT, but dont actually have one installed.
