Base skin and plugin problem

Ive spent all weekend trying to configure gbpvr with plugins and baes skin. It was running fine with no plugins in blue skin but since instaling plugins keeps closing down after about 30 seckonds of beening open. It gives the mesage that gbpvr.exe has had to close. I have tryed everything i can think of including turning off the plugins and changing the skin, and lots of adjustments to configueration but still no luck. I can navigate the menues for a short time before gbpvr shuts down and hav even acessed the weather and my misic. Please find to follow eror mesages from a log file i hope this means somethin to someone. help this is driveing me mad.

I will guess that you need commonGBPVRUtils which I have attached below. Download and unzip into the GBPVR directory.

Thanks for quick reply, I tried to unzip utlites to gbpvr dir but it would not let me as the .dll already existed, so they seam to be there. Ive looked at more log files and I am getting this error fro the configuration. I dont know if this will help.
