Tune in using just MVP and GBPVR ?

Hi all,
I have just taken delivery of a WinTV-HVR1300, and a MVP. The card is to g oin my loft server, and the MVP by the TV in the lounge.
I dont have a monitor connected to the server, and access it via VNC.
Do I have to tune channels etc using the WinTV application, or can everything be done via GBPVR using the MVP ? I dont want to have to bring the server into the house and hook it up if I can avoid it; and tuning via VNC would not be possible.

if the WinTV-HVR1300 is supported by GBPVR, you can tune it from the MVP. The MVP gives you a similar interface as you would get on the PC.
