Hi-

I am new to the world of PC TV. Is GB-PVR compatible with the Kworld ATSC-310 USB, and if so, how in the heck do I set it up?

Been working on it for quite a bit now- pardon me getting a little punchy. Smile

Thanks for your help!

I havnt heard of anyone using this device. If its got BDA drivers, then it should work, but you'll need to add a new section in the bda.ini file with the appropriate names for your device.

It does have BDA drivers- what do I need to do?

Add a new section in the BDA.ini. Start by copying the [Fusion HDTV5 Lite] section, rename it to [Kworld ATSC 310], and update the FILTER_TUNER and FILTER_CAPTURE setting to match the names used by your card. You'll need something like GraphEdit to check the names.

Please excuse my inadequete techie-ness on this problem.

I have found BDA.ini, copied, and changed name. I have downloaded GraphEdit. What next?

Click the Insert Filters menu option, then expand the BDA categories to get the correct names for your card.

This has been discussed in more detail dozens of times in the past.

That makes sense- it's now letting me select the tuner. Now, I have updated the EPG several times, but when I go to Live TV, it says no channels have been set up and to use the update epg button to force import. Any suggestion?
