Start GBPVR on second monitor (TV)

Hi all,
On my old computer I could set “start on second monitor” and GBPVR would start on my tv (it was set as the second screen in windows). When I try to do the same thing on my new computer the GBPVR window will always open on my main screen and not on the tv.

The card is an nvidia 6600GT with the latest drivers installed.

Any help would be great.
