Hi there,

I am just about to install gbpvr.
I ran into the same error since I tried to install it on windows 2000.

It would be nice to state the requirement of windows media player in the requirements list. So I would have installed it like .NET in the first place.

I am now installing windows media player 10. I hope this is the right version....

addition: There is a version of windows media player that can only run on windows xp. So make sure to get the latest for windows 2000.
I first have choosen the wrong one.....

To be honest, I dont know what version of WMP is required to get it to work on Windows 2000. I've never tested GB-PVR on Windows 2000, and no one has told me what version they required to get it working.
