'DVD Menu' button doesn't work

I've had GB-PVR for about a year now, and have never taken the time to figure this one out:

Looking at the DvdPlayer.XML in the KeyMappings folder, it lists the DVD menu button as <command name="DVD_MENU" key="Home"/>. However, using the default Blue skin, pressing 'Home' while watching a DVD simply brings up the GB-PVR main menu and puts the DVD in windowed playback, but does not return it to the disc's selection menu.

Of course I can get up from the couch & move the mouse onto the Menu button on the OSD when I want to skip the previews, but there simply must be a way to configure the controls differently. Have I completely missed something this whole time?

You can either set <DVDAllowVideoInset>false</DVDAllowVideoInset> in config.xml, which disables the video inset window during DVD playback, or alternatively press the 'back/escape' key instead of menu, which is another way of getting to the DVD menu.
