NET Framework ERRORS

I'm really sorry if this has been asked before but I'm trying my best to figure it out and I've searched where I could possibly search... hopefully I didn't miss it.

Anyway.. What is happening is at first GB PVR installed with tons of errors. When I went to start it, it stated something about NET Framework. So I went ahead and downloaded & installed a copy of that. When I installed version 2.0, I was able to get into the program but whenever I went to do anythign I would get thrown errors. (Below is an example of such errors). Afterwards, I went searching and saw you guys used 1.1 (or it appeared) so I tried to download it. IN between downloading the .NET Framework versions I had reinstalled GB PVR without any errors this time.

SYSTEM SPECS:
GB PVR 98.8 ?
WinXP Home
SP2

A common error I get is something like this... (This one is receieved when going into the GB PVR Config)

Copy the empty.db3 file to gbpvr.db3, overwriting it if it already exists.
