I've been using GBPVR for a few weeks now, and have just bought a second DVB-T (Hauppauge nova-t) card.
Are there any guides for everything I need to configure ?
Is it ok to use a normal aerial Y splitter for freeview (uk) signals ?

I thought I'd pop in as there didn't seem to be other responses...

My understanding is that the physical hook up will be the same whether you use terrestrial aerials or Cable. Yes, you should be able to use a splitter. But be warned, every splitter (EVERY) has degradation, and so you might have a loss in quality.

I'm not sure if you can get a signal amplifier for your cables, but if it's the same as simple 75 ohm RF coax, then you should be able...

As far as setting up two cards in GB-PVR, if they are identical cards, then it should be easy for you to copy all of the settings from the first one. Just make the second card, 'device 2'... That's found in the GBPVR config, CaptureSources Tab, Direct Recording plugin settings...

Be sure to set the second card to use the very same Television guide, and you should be good to go...
