Zulu DxVA in config.xml

I'm wondering what the exact string needs to be added to config.xml to expose the DVICO DxVA decoder.

I added:
Zulu DxVA Video Decoder(BDA)
to the <SupportedDecoders> list in config.xml.

However, this choice still does not show up as a choice in the Config utility.

This is with 98.08.

If you have successfully selected a DVICO Zulu DxVA or VMR decoder, I'm interested in the exact change you made, or you can attach your config.xml.

The string I used is the same one that shows up in the GraphEdit filters list.

The other funny thing I noticed is that there is more than one "Zulu HDTV Video Decoder(BDA)" listed in GraphEdit with different DLLs and they all have the same merit. How is one chosen vs. another? Can tweaking the merit force a choice?

You cant have got the name quite right. I dont have this decoder so cant check for you.

You could also open regedit, and do a 'find' then enter a partial name. When you find it, do a right-mouse 'rename' to copy and paste the exact name, for pasting into config.xml

It'll use the first one.

No, but you could deregister the first one if you want it to use the second one.
