gbpvr installation problem

Help I installed microsoft .net v2.0 runtime and windows installer 3.0. But i get this error message.

Im sorry where do I find these files?
Try copying empty.db3 to gbpvr.db3, deleting any file that already exists with this name. It should correct the problem.
